How to Make a Deposit
Step-by-step guide to purchasing UNI
Go to the “Finance” tab in your personal dashboard.
Click “Buy UNI”.
Enter the desired amount to deposit (in USD).
Select a payment method from the available options.
The system will display unique payment details for your transaction.
Complete the payment exactly as specified (including network and amount).
Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the system will automatically detect your payment and credit your account with the equivalent in UNI at the fixed rate of 1 UNI= $0.001.
💡 All transactions are processed through the built-in Unitrum crypto payment gateway. Deposits are typically credited within 1–3 minutes after network confirmation.
How to Withdraw Funds
Step-by-step guide to withdrawing funds
Go to the “Finance” tab in your dashboard.
Select the “Withdraw” section.
From the list of currencies, choose USDT.
Select the transfer network from the available options.
Enter the address of your crypto wallet (double-check before confirming).
Specify the amount to withdraw.
Confirm the transaction using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Once confirmed, the system will process your request, and the funds will be sent to your wallet address within 10 minutes.
💡 Make sure the selected network and wallet address match. Incorrect information may result in the permanent loss of funds.
How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Step-by-step guide to activating 2FA
Install or open the Google Authenticator app (or any compatible alternative such as Authy or Microsoft Authenticator).
In your personal account, go to Settings → Account Security.
Click the toggle switch next to “Two-Factor Authentication” to enable it.
A window will appear showing a QR code and a backup key — use the key if you cannot scan the QR code.
In your authenticator app, tap the “+” button and choose one of the options:
Scan the QR code, or
Enter the backup key manually if scanning is not possible.
Once the account is added in your app, click “Continue” on the Unitrum page.
Enter the 6-digit code from the authenticator app into the confirmation field.
🔸 Each code is valid for 30 seconds, so watch the timer before entering.
After successful verification, you’ll see a message confirming that 2FA is enabled.
Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your account, preventing unauthorized access even in case of email compromise.
How to Activate Staking
Step-by-step guide to activating staking
Make sure you have UNI on your balance. If not — read the guide “How to Make a Deposit” first.
Open the “Staking” tab in your personal dashboard.
Review all available plans and choose the one that best suits you. Some plans include a constructor mode, allowing you to adjust the staking duration — the longer the term, the higher the reward percentage.
Enter the amount of UNI you wish to stake and click “Continue” → “Confirm Transaction”.
Once confirmed, your staking plan will be activated, and rewards will begin accumulating every 5 seconds to your vesting balance.
💡 All active staking plans are displayed in the “Vesting” tab, where you can track your income and collect profit manually. The next section explains how to collect profit.
How to Collect Profit from Vesting Balance
Step-by-step guide to collecting profit
Go to the menu and open the “Vesting” tab.
Find your current staking balance.
If the field “Available to Withdraw” shows more than 6 UNI , click the “Collect Profit” button.
After confirmation, the funds will be automatically transferred to your main balance.
You can then choose to:
Withdraw the profit from the platform, or
Reinvest it into a new staking plan.
💡 All profit collection operations are recorded in the History section, and the data updates every 5 seconds in real time.
How to Purchase a Contract in the Referral Program
Step-by-step guide to purchasing a contract
Go to the “Referral Program” section in your personal dashboard.
Review the available contract levels:
Start
Expert
Citizen
Infinity
Select the contract you want to activate.
Click the “Buy” button next to the chosen contract.
Confirm the purchase by specifying the amount in UNI that corresponds to the contract’s cost.
Once the payment is completed, your contract will be activated, unlocking additional levels in your referral network and higher reward percentages.
💡 The contract is paid from your main balance. After the purchase, your previous structure and referrals remain intact. You can upgrade to a higher level at any time by purchasing the next contract in full.
How to Change Your Email Address
Step-by-step guide to changing your email
Go to the “Settings” section in your personal dashboard.
In the “Login Methods” block, click “Connected” next to your current email address.
In the dropdown window, select “Change Email”.
If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled — confirm the action using the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
If 2FA is not enabled — a confirmation code will be sent to your current email address.
Enter the received code into the verification field.
After confirmation, enter your new email address, then verify it with the confirmation code sent to the new address.
Once the process is completed, you will see a message confirming that your email address has been successfully updated and linked to your account.
💡 For security reasons, email changes are not available during active transactions and may require you to re-login after completion.
